Tipico Finalizes Acquisition of Admiral Austria from NOVOMATIC Tipico Group, a leading sports betting and casino provider in Germany, has successfully acquired 100% of ATLAS Group GmbH, the parent company of Admiral Group in Austria, from NOVOMATIC AG. The acquisition marks a strategic move to strengthen Tipico’s footprint in German-speaking markets while supporting NOVOMATIC’s goal of international expansion. To comply with the Austrian Federal Competition Authority, Tipico will divest a major share of its Austrian retail outlets but will continue operating a portion of shops under the Admiral brand.
